Terms and Conditions / Disclaimers
Payment, Pricing, and Deposits:
All online orders are to be paid in full, using our secure online sales portal. If you wish to make a deposit on a spa to secure a spa for a certain date or to hold pricing, Jet Spas require a minimum deposit of 50% to secure a spa pool or swim spa.
We require full payment prior to delivery. If you wish to make a special arrangement or wish to make a deposit on a spa, rather than full payment, this needs to be discussed with the sales team prior to making any payment for the spa. If you wish to make a deposit, rather than full payment, you can contact our team on 0204 Jet Spa, 0508 Jet Spa, or support@jetspas.co.nz. Jet spas reserve the right to refuse deposits and can change the deposit required on a case-by-case basis, OR refund deposits in full with reason.
All stock is sold on a first-in, first-served basis, and no stock is secured until payment has been made. We understand that payment can take a few days to process and accept proof of remittance as a form of payment to secure stock. In purchasing a Jet Spa, you agree that the price you pay at the time of sale is final, and Jet Spas will not refund the difference for any future or past promotions. Respectively, all pricing is shown on Jet Spas website, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media site is subject to change without any prior notice. In the event that incorrect pricing has been shown on our website, social media, or incorrect pricing has been provided by a team member, Jet Spas reserve the right to refuse any orders, whether or not you have been charged for the items. Jet spas will notify all parties involved and will pay back any payment that has been made immediately. Jet Spas reserve the right to cancel any orders and refund the customer any amount that has been paid to jet spas.
Under no circumstances will your spa be delivered without full payment. Final payment is to be made at a minimum a few days before the spa is due to be delivered. Jet Spas will ask for final payment around the time that the spa is due to arrive into NZ, giving you plenty of time to deposit the money into Jet Spas account.
Jet Spas use x2 finance companies, GE Money (GEM) and QCard. If paying via finance, such as GE Money (GEM) or QCard, you will receive your spa prior to having paid off the spa in full, as latitude finance or QCard will make the payment on your behalf. Jet Spas will start the finance term at the time of sale, and payments may need to be made prior to the spa being delivered. If you are not putting the full amount of the spa on finance, then any deposit will need to be paid in full prior to delivery.
Jet Spas reserve the right to cancel any orders, or refuse to sell products to any individual or company. In the event that Jet Spas cancel an order, all parties involved will be notified.
Delivery:
Jet Spas offer different delivery solutions, tailored to where you are located in NZ. Please note that the following only applies if you have purchased delivery into place.
Delivery into Place:
For North Island Customers, Jet Spas will arrange for the product to be delivered into place and put the product where it needs to go. A Jet Spas team member will walk you through everything that you need to know about getting your new spa pool up and running. The delivery team will remove the packaging from the spa however customers will need to dispose of the spa pool packaging. Some basic assembly of accessories including steps, cover lifters, and installing the cover clips may be required of customers.
For South Island customers, Jet Spas use external partners for delivery into place. Some basic assembly of accessories including steps and cover lifters may be required of customers. Customers will also need to dispose of the spa pool packaging.
Conditions to delivery into place:
We can not deliver the spas up or down a flight of stairs.
Customers are required to do basic setup of their spa pools. Our delivery team will not plug the spa in, and will not add any chemicals to your new spa.
Our team do not assemble the steps, cover lifter, attach the cover clips, or fill your spa with water.
Delivery to Mainfreight Depot:
For this service, Jet Spas will arrange for the spa to be sent to one of Mainfreights 28 depots nationwide. Mainfreight does not offer a delivery-to-door service for spa pools, and spas need to be collected from the Mainfreight depot within 3 working days of the spa arriving at the depot.
You will need to arrive with a trailer to load the spa pool onto.
Please note that delivery of your spa is not included in the listed price for the spa, and delivery is an additional item that you will need to pay for. Delivery pricing will automatically be generated based on your region at the checkout, and will offer you the option for delivery to nearest mainfreight depot, or delivery into place. The Default is delivery to nearest mainfreight depot. We do not offer a delivery to door service to residential addresses.
Our website offers different delivery options based on your situation and if the incorrect option is selected additional fees may apply. Again, delivery into place is a separate charge, is priced based on region, and does not include any Hiab costs. Please note that if the delivery requires a Hiab, you will be charged extra for this service, as we will need to involve an external Hiab or Crane service. If you are unsure if your spa can be delivered into place, please reach out to our sales team by either emailing sales@jetspas.co.nz, or calling 0508 JET SPA (538 772) and we can provide you with an accurate delivery price.
In the event that your spa is damaged in the delivery, Jet spas hold no liability, and the delivery company is liable to cover the costs of repairing any damage.
Delivery fees are non-refundable, and any returns, or additional site visits will incur additional delivery fees. If you are not ready for the spa when we arrive on site, additional delivery fees will also be applied for the redelivery of the product.
Jet Spas are limited on warehouse space, and as such, any spas or swim spas that are purchased need to be collected or delivered within 30 days of arriving to our warehouse unless previously discussed with the Jet Spas team prior to the spa arriving in New Zealand. Swim Spas that need to be held more than 30 days will incur a storage fee of $250 per week that they need to be stored unless discussed prior to the swim spa arriving in New Zealand.
