Spa relocation / removal disclaimer
Payment, Pricing, and Deposits:
We require full payment prior to your spa pool being relocated of removed. If you wish to make a special arrangement or wish to make a deposit on a spa, rather than full payment, this needs to be discussed with the sales team prior to making any payment on the invoice. If you wish to make a deposit, rather than full payment, you can contact our team on 0204 Jet Spa, 0508 Jet Spa, or support@jetspas.co.nz. Jet spas reserve the right to refuse deposits and can change the deposit required on a case-by-case basis, OR refund deposits in full with reason.
We require photos of the site, path, and the destination prior to arriving on site to ensure that we have the right equipment on us to complete the relocation or removal. Additional costs may be charged if a Hiab is required to complete the job, and the invoice will be charged direct to you, as the customer. It is important that you supply as much information as possible to ensure that the job can be completed in full.
In proceeding with your invoice, and arranging Jet Spas to relocate or remove your spa, you agree that the price you pay at the time of sale is final, and Jet Spas will not refund the difference for any future or past promotions. Respectively, all pricing shown on Jet Spas website, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media site is subject to change without any prior notice. In the event that incorrect pricing has been shown on our website, social media, or incorrect pricing has been provided by a team member, Jet Spas reserve the right to refuse any orders, whether or not you have been charged for the items. Jet spas will notify all parties involved and will pay back any payment that has been made immediately. Jet Spas reserve the right to cancel any orders and refund the customer any amount that has been paid to jet spas.
Final payment is to be made at a minimum a few days before the spa is due to be relocated or removed.
Jet Spas use x2 finance companies, GE Money (GEM) and QCard. If paying via finance, such as GE Money (GEM) or QCard, your spa pool relocation or removalwill be completed prior to having paid off the invoice in full, as latitude finance or QCard will make the payment on your behalf. Jet Spas will start the finance term at the time of order, and payments may need to be made prior to the spa being relocated or removed. If you are not putting the full amount of the relocation or removal on finance, then any deposit will need to be paid in full prior to the job being completed.
Jet Spas reserve the right to cancel any orders, or refuse to sell products to any individual or company. In the event that Jet Spas cancel an order, all parties involved will be notified.
The Relocation / Removal Service:
Jet Spas have the right equipment to move and relocate spas around the side of a house, and through tight spaces with minimal man power, however we are not able to move spas up or down stairs, and do not lift the spas over high obstacles. We arrange for x2 fit team members to come out with the right equipment. With these x2 team members, they are able to take care of the entire process including removing attached stairs, and cover lifters. If the spa needs to go over stairs, or requires lifting over any obstacles, the customer may be required to supply an additional x2 – x4 members. This does not decrease the price, if Jet Spas supplies these members, then the invoice amount may be higher than originally quoted.
Cancellation and Refund and Returns:
Jet Spas have a strict refund and cancellation policy in line with the New Zealand Consumers Guarantees ACT 1993.
In the event that a customer is wanting to cancel their order, Jet Spas will process the refund within 14 days of the request and there may be fees that apply depending on the progress of your order.
In the event that we are unable to remove or relocate your spa, we will only offer a partial refund, to account for our time, and transport costs.
